"Carb Monster" investigates the food we eat at home or in restaurants as a problem for our bodies as well as for our social life. We often think that food is very good for the body, but we rarely think that food can also kill us. This work is not only about food but also about the arena of political-economic contestation where food goes beyond its function as a basic need.
